Product Properties:White or yellow powder, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and hygroscopic when heated. It dissolves in water to form a colloidal solution and is stable to light and heat. It is insoluble in ethanol, ether, chloroform, and other organic solvents. Its aqueous solution is more stable in alkali and less stable in acid, forming insoluble free acid, resulting in reduced viscosity; therefore, it is not suitable for strongly acidic foods. When the aqueous solution is heated above 80℃ for a long time, the viscosity decreases.The viscosity decreases when heated above 80℃ for extended periods.

Product Applications: It can be used as an emulsifier, thickener, dispersant, stabilizer, sizing agent, film-forming agent, and water-retaining agent, and is widely used in petroleum, textile, daily chemical, cigarette, papermaking, construction, food, and pharmaceutical industries. It is known as“Industrial MSG”
